Jake Wright

Owner

I started Precision K9 Work out of passion and curiosity. Growing up, dogs were more than pets, they were family. But it wasn’t until I saw working canines in the military that I realized just how incredible their potential could be. What began with training my own dogs—and helping friends and family—quickly grew into something more.

My six years in the Marine Corps helped shape my training philosophy —

patience, consistency, and clear communication.

Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of dogs from all walks of life: from fearful rescues learning to trust again to high-drive working dogs preparing for service. I’ve trained in obedience, agility, IPO (Schutzhund), scent work, sport, and Police K9 disciplines. Along the way, I’ve been privileged to train dogs for law enforcement agencies and keep countless others out of shelters by helping their owners truly understand them.

At Precision K9 Work, my goal is simple: to help owners and dogs trust one another and reach their full potential.

Sean Demers

Evaluator and Head Group Class Trainer

For more than a decade, I’ve been dedicated to helping dogs and their owners build stronger, more trusting bonds.

As a certified AKC CGC Evaluator, I believe every dog has the potential to be well-balanced and confident with the right mix of structure, understanding, and heart. I specialize in behavior modification, protection, and advanced obedience, using my rescue pup, Emmer, as a prime example.

I’m the lead Group Class and Pack Walk trainer here at Precision K9 with my own pack often joining in on the fun.

My ultimate goal is for people and dogs to live in harmony—and to show just how amazing life can be when trust and respect go both ways.

Alayna Clark

Trainer and Behavior Modification Specialist

I grew up around dogs that were my sidekicks, comfort, and companions. Watching their personalities unfold lit a fire in me because they were capable of so much more than most could ever see.

At first, I started working with my own dogs. One dog turned into a few… and before long, I was hooked. Learning from the best professionals, I had the chance to train over a hundred dogs of all breeds and personalities — from timid and unsure to strong-willed and even aggressive. Every dog taught me something new. Every dog showed me that a brighter future was possible.

I train for bite work, scent detection, and basic/advanced obedience. I love educating owners on how to spot their dogs’ triggers and communicate best with them.
